Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for comprehensive financial management and manage all financial and accounting activities, including accounting, cost, financial analysis and taxation.
2. Oversee all accounting, general ledger and reporting systems to ensure compliance with group standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Responsible for the monthly closing process and timely preparation of financial reports and analysis to ensure reliable information.
4. Responsible for annual financial, regulatory and tax audits. Work with the Group Reporting team on the completion of annual and interim group audits.
5. Prepare cost and expense reports, budgets and forecasts, and conduct timely cost and expense reviews, analyze variances, and identify potential cost and expense savings opportunities.
6. The finance team is responsible for managing cash flow effectively.
7. Handle monthly tax compliance matters and annual corporate income tax filings.
8. Execute the review and approval process according to the Group Approval Matrix.

Job requirements:
1. Have a bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related fields, and have a sulid foundation of financial knowledge.
2. Minimum 3 Years experience as Finance Manager/Head in Indonesian factories, have rich financial management experience, and be familiar with Indonesian financial regulations and related pulicies.

3. Minimum 2 Years experience working in Food Manufacturing company
4. Have excellent analytical skills, be able to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operational data/reports, and be able to accurately identify financial risks and propose corresponding sulutions.
5. Proficient in English, and Mandarin, understand Indonesian, and have good written and oral communication skills.
6. Willing to be placed in Cikarang area, have team management experience and be able to stimulate the potential of team members and achieve team goals.
