Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Major
• Minimum 2 years experience as QA QC Supervisor at Manufacturing Industry
• Experience in handling Market Quality Claim (QA)
• Experience in handling Outgoing Quality Contrul (QC)
• Understand about 7QC toul, graph and statistic data analyze
• QMS ISO 9001 (2015), 14001 (2015) certified is an advantage
• Good communication in English both oral or written
• Willing to work in Cikarang

Job Descriptions :

• Making daily, weekly and monthly market report and analyze
• Handling customer complaint to all OTC and fullow up critical issue to related vendor
• Input / output service document to GCC application, including updating if any additional
• Verification and claim loss closing every month
• Team building Quality Assurance team.
• Setup annual/semester action plan for QA-Finished Goods activities
• Establish monthly plan and update of QA-Finished Goods activities (standard products for each models) and in cooperate with QA-CS/Market Quality to finalize the standards and get approval from customers
• Review and evaluate the implementation of QA Finished Goods activities
• Fullow Quality Strategy in term of Finished Goods standardization that had been set by HQ
• Provide necessary training for OQC and related section, due to ensure same knowledge and understanding of standard which applied for judging the quality of OK/NG products
• Provide (and or recheck) QA-Finished Goods reports in weekly / monthly / semester / annual report
